Should You Release New Versions Of Successful EBooks?

Tuesday, August 17th, 2010

After you’ve been in business one question seems to reveal that the majority of people don’t think of when they are just beginning. A thing that has a specific effect on the huge quantity of sales and the practical life of your ebooks.

Do you have to you release new editions of great eBooks?

The argument against it has to do with making people who purchase the previous edition feel as though they have been tricked. After all, they have paid a pretty amount of money to purchase a product which is obsolete. So you will immediately get a huge quantity of refund requests as soon as you release the new edition.

However, despite this argument, the concrete answer is “YES, you should.”

You see, if you utilize an appropriate output launch you can not only reduce the refund but also increase the cost and value of the product in your customer’s eyes. And often even re-sell the Ebook to your previous clients.

The main idea is to stop sales as soon as a new edition is recognized. Don’t remove the sales pages… they will help to build up a demand for your fresh output. Instead just place a “No Longer Available — New Edition Coming Soon” flag on the existing pages. And of course, remove the capability to order the book. In fact, you may even allow individuals to pre-order the new version and get the old version while they are waiting!

One item you don’t wish to do is present new facts on an as it’s learned foundation. That will just confound your customers. Instead you need to keep on the changes and then release all the alterations at the same time.

This has the advantage of helping your courses to always sing the same tune. You see as you develop courses you will learn new things. You’ll identify new ways to look at the solution. You’ll spot things you’ve slipped. Over the whole development you’ll change your opinion and have a different solution.

Each version of your downloads ebooks becomes an excuse to check all your courses to incorporate the latest information. And there is no doubt, revised editions are as usual easier to create than the original version.

And of course, there is one more advantage. The quality of your product — your eBook with ereader — comes up. Your customers will realize that you are making better your eBook. And that the eBook is not becoming stale news. By revising your eBook on a regular basis and incorporating new and developed information, you will give it a new life and enlarge the quantity of sales you are able to make at full cost.

EBooks Will Soon Change Paper Books

Sunday, August 8th, 2010

I am sure the graet number of people support that traditional books will be around for generations. I think I don’t disagree in whole. However, the stream toward ebooks is now overwhelming and to my mind will completely replace traditional books over the next 10 to 15 years.

The initial thing is, what are the aspects that will drive ebooks? Some will puzzle you. An aging amount of people that seeks to stay involved and is improbable to disengage until quite late in life it at all. Why is this an aspect? Ebooks can play back audibly and suggest adjustable text size. I was wondered when my 75 year old father who has never to my mind ever shown interest in technology was actually interested and I think will one day own one himself.

The next thing is, the push to reduce our environmental footprint and the probable cost savings are very important. Why do I trust this is true? What sums does the U.S. spend on text books for pupils each year. What an enormous economic savings if traditional books instead came electronically. And what a boon to pupils to give every student one of these tools. More importantly, the ability to obtain additional results from books because of the note taking features, book marking, and other items enlarges the learning potential too. Additionally, backpacks would rapidly just need to carry note books and calculators.

Third, for a mobile population, the downloads ebooks is great. You can carry you whole own library with you. With the iPad coming that expands to color presentations and more. Additionally, these tools make subscription news viable again albeit in a somewhat other format. Such ebook reader as soldiers, and airmen all over the world could have quick access to libraries of information and books in exchange of a dribble of as usual bad titles provided by the USO.

Finally, the lower cost of production, the simpler distribution, and the paperless format may stifle the industry at first but as demand blows up for more and more information because it may be so inexpensive electronic publishing will in my opinion boom making big fortunes for the distributors in the future.

The first time someone advised the Kindle to me, I told them to economize their money I’d never be interested. Fortunately for me, they gave me one anyway. Out of respect for them I tried the tool and was amazed at the utility and pleasure it gave me. I will hardly consider purchasing a paper book now and expect almost any person will be the same during 10 years.

Universal Health Care Push: The Real Reasons Behind The Corruption

Saturday, January 9th, 2010

None of the Socialists who are pushing for universal health care control are discussing the real reasoning behind the push and why it is so very important to shove it quickly down the throats of Americans. Forget the platitudes. Forget the predictions of utopia (the opposite of utopia is what will happen). It is necessary to cut through the lies and the promotional propaganda to look at what really motivates the people who want to spring this albatross on the nation. Most of the media will gladly have you be ignorant of the attempted scam.

“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil, that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter” (Isaiah 5:20).

Ask-Your-Bible

First of all, one of the features of the push for universal health care control is: one half trillion will be cut from Medicare. Old folks will get less treatment for specific things, hospice, for example. Hospice involves people coming to you when you are dying and helping you along the way, helping you prepare for the end of your life, including providing you with pain killers so you don’t have to die a painful death.

Why would the government choose to stop or cut funding for hospice for old folks? Could it be they want to provide end-of-life services for a younger group? Yes, indeed, you nailed it! They need hefty funding for the Aids people. A tiny percentage of Aids is represented by druggies, whose behavior has caused them to have Aids. The vast majority, however, are homosexuals, whose behavior has caused them to have aids. According to GlobalHealthReporting.org, there are, in the United States, 1.1 million people living with Aids, 56,000 per year coming down with Aids (based on 2006 statistics). Do the math. That’s a lot of health care for a lot of Aids patients. Obviously, the government wants to pour the money in, and suck the money out of the old folks fund, Medicare. It’s to the tune of one half trillion dollars! That’s right. These Socialists who pretend to be so compassionate are happy to see old people die a painful death so they can spread the wealth where they choose and to their own cronies and to their own bribe givers.

“For I know your manifold transgressions and your mighty sins: They afflict the just, they accept a bribe, and they turn aside the poor in the gate from their right” (Amos 5:12).

When corruption rules the country the poor and the old go to the back of the line.

Another completely obvious reason for the push for universal health care control is: it is a Trojan horse for government to get their hands into your pockets. Once they get their hands in, their hands will never come out. They are trying to devise the bill in such a way that it cannot be repealed. I’ve got news for them. Anything can be repealed that is devised by man! Such arrogance is absolutely despicable. They obviously do not care that they are going to be booted out of office either in the next election or they will be impeached for the multiple layers of corruption they have been guilty of over the years.

Reality Clip

Finally, the most important reason for pushing for universal health care control, is: it rewards the special interest groups (looking for the status quo supercharged) who have greased the rails so well for the politicians over the past decades. The AMA will maintain the status quo with bigger paychecks for themselves. The hospitals will continue to gouge the patients with $10.00 aspirin and $5.00 band-aids and hospital rooms that cost double or triple the cost of hotel rooms the same size. The drug companies will have wind fall profits as they make money hand over fist. After all, health care will be mandatory. You don’t want health care? Pay a fine. You don’t want to pay a fine? Go to jail. You think it is ridiculous how many people are in jail simply because they had some marijuana in their possession? You haven’t seen anything yet. Huge chunks of the population will be behind bars for not buying the mandatory health care. Now you know why so many empty prisons are being prepared for the future.

Media influence

Tuesday, June 3rd, 2008

Though the total revenue of media companies may not be as large as that of companies in other categories like manufacturing, media outlets are given a lot of importance by the government and businesses in most countries.

This is because they have a disproportionately greater influence on the minds of people, as they are the main medium through which a person gets information about the world. A person can get information about his or her immediate surroundings by interacting with other people, but the news media are the means through which updated news about the rest of the world can be obtained.

The importance of the mainstream media is even higher in countries where internet usage is low. Unlike other forms of media, an internet user can choose from thousands of news source. The cost of publishing  information online is very low, so anyone with an internet connection can publish what he or she considers as news on any website. However, this makes it difficult to authenticate  the information published online.

The mainstream media in most countries consists of print publications and television, both of which need a lot of initial investment. So these media outlets are usually controlled by well connected businessmen, who will also promote their other interests. So it is difficult to get non biased information from media outlets, there is always some spin in news publications.
